Capabilities >> Verification and Validation

Verification and Validation is a critical aspect to the successful operation of any organization.

Verification and ValidationVerification and validation are independent procedures that are used together for checking that a product, service, or system meets requirements and specifications and that it fulfills its intended purpose. These are critical components of a quality management system. In software project management, software testing, and software engineering, verification and validation is the process of checking that a software system meets specifications and that it fulfills its intended purpose. It may also be referred to as software quality control.

I Web 4 U was founded in 1997 with a vision of providing a higher value of IT services to the automotive dealership industry. In 2015, we started providing U.S. Government agencies the same level of professionalism in support of their missions. I Web 4 U will work with you and your organization to provide Independent Verification and Validation. Independent verification and validation involves verification and validation done by a third party organization not involved in the development of the product. Thus, the product, such as a software, gets examined by a third party.

The difference between verification and validation is distinct. The distinction between the two terms is largely to do with the role of specifications. Validation is the process of checking whether the specification captures the customer's needs, while verification is the process of checking that the software meets the specification.
